I had some crown molding on a project we did a couple of years ago, develop cracks between the ceiling and crown. The old caulk had to be removed and new caulk and paint applied. We went back with Big Stretch. This is a professional product being available to consumers. You won't be disappointed. This is my high end go to caulk when conditions are extreme and results need to be guaranteed. Five stars easy.
As of this writing, I have been using this product now for well over 2 years. I tried to figure out how many tubes I have purchased in that time and I am coming up with about 350. I have yet to have a crack or failure, or a call back for caulking issue.
I swithched from a competitior's clear to Lexel awhile back becuase Lexel is a better performing sealant. If something works, you stick with it. Lexel outperforms everything else on the market. Some contractors buy cheaper brands to look a little better on their bids. To me, cost effective means doing high-quality work for the first time and that means no-callbacks!

This Lexel is in a league of its own. It sticks to anything, even wet surfaces. It not only seals, but adheres so well, it will "fuse" two adjoining materials together forever. I have used it for over 25 years and early projects are still sealed and as white as they were when new.
This has saved me from having to rebuild two bathrooms that had extensive water damage around the shower and tubs. This is a life changing product because I could not afford to rebuild the bathrooms and I do not know where I would be today if I had not found this product, I might have had to sell the house. I have used about 20 tubes so far but this has saved me many $1000's in repairs.
I recently did a small concrete slab pour. I tried out your Slab caulking. I must say I was pleasantly surprised at how user friendly it was. It had a nice smooth consistency to it, flowed extremely well from the tube and tooled out very nicely. I also liked the finished look to it and it was very easy to clean up any over-application I did.
This stuff is really easy for a noob to work with, so if you're feeling insecure about your skills, go for it. It goes into the crack thick and clingy, even at a vertical angle. More importantly, the excess is really easy to smooth and wipe/wash away. You have PLENTY of time to clean up your work before it dries. When it dries, it shrinks, has kind of a rubbery caulk-y texture, and it holds even completely severed pieces together snugly. The color is a middle grey and would match most concretes well. It's just a very forgiving product with a nice finished result.
Through the ROOF!
I had a 10 ft. leaky section of an asphalt shingled roof valley that leaked through the attic and ceiling drywall on and off for years. One quart of this applied generously to the entire roof valley completely stopped the leak. This was applied directly on the asphalt shingles and flashing. I sprayed a garden hose at many angles with force after the repair to test it, and that was more than a year ago in Midwest US weather. No leaks to date. Better than an $800 repair. Awesome product.

Through the ROOF!
Roofer by trade for 14 years and never met a leak I couldn't fix, until it happened to my own mobile home. I have a metal roof and I've seal coated, tarred, caulked, and treated several suspect spots and could never get the drip to stop. Used this and it's gone. Had to wait till now for some rain to review, but it's storming like crazy last 2 days and not a drop. Also used on my shuttle bus where I had a few drips occassionally from a faulty termination bar, and sealed that too.
